Leaders in Training

Are you a high school student wondering what to do this summer? Are you ready to be stretched and challenged while you’re having a ton of fun? Think about joining the LIT (Leaders in Training) program at Camp Harmattan!

This year the LIT crew will start their summer by attending Summit, the Grade 9-12 camp, and then begin the leadership training program which runs until August 18. It will be an awesome summer of leadership training, building relationships, and practical experience! The students in the LIT program will help out with camp programming, jr. cabin leading, meal preparation in the kitchen, and maintenance. Each week there will be off site activities and service projects to be involved in, along with a week long camping trip to wrap up the summer.

The cost for the program is only the cost for the 9-12 camp, which is $308.45 (including insurance and GST). Attendance of this camp is required as part of the LIT program.

The team is chosen selectively through an application process, so send in your applications early!
